Conclusion of LPA Service

When our LPA-Making service is concluded each party will have:

• Two LPAs; and
• More.

• The LPAs will:

A.    have been printed on high-grade quality paper;

B.   contain your instructions and guidance notes your attorneys; and

C.   are either:

• ready for immediate use by your attorneys - if you paid us to arrange for the LPAs to be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian; or
• ready for you to arrange their registration with the OPG - if you did not instruct us to oversee their registration the Office of the Public Guardian.

LPA Conclusion
